SCOT KERSGAARD - Assessor

The Assessor's Office assigns values for county real estate and personal property, both taxable and tax-exempt, as the basis for property taxes set by various taxing authorities. Property owners are advised of each assessment and may appeal through a review process. The tax roll is prepared each December.
